PT Standards

The Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) is meant to ensure that all soldiers have the minimal level of physical fitness for good health and to encourage soldiers to improve their level of physical fitness.

The Fit-to-Fight Program is another way that this unit encourages soldiers to work toward physical fitness. Soldiers who enroll in the program keep track of their physical activity to earn points towards awards, such as T-shirts, mugs, etc. Contact CPT Graybill for more information.
