MEMORANDUM FOR: All Front Line Leaders

SUBJECT: Unit Leader Call Program

1. In order to insure an effective Leader Call Program we will implement the following process:

a. During RMP (Wednesday, 10 days prior to drill): PLT SGT and Section NCOIC contact Squad Leaders/Section NCOs, and Squad Leaders/Section NCOs contact soldiers.

b. Thursday: Squad Leaders/Section NCOs continue calling.

c. Tuesday prior to drill: NLT Tuesday evening the Squad Leaders/Section NCOs will contact the PLT SGT/Section NCOIC with a list of soldiers that they could not contact (this can be by e-mail)

d. Wednesday: PLT SGT/Section NCOIC will attempt to contact the remaining soldiers and NLT Wednesday evening they will forward their list of non-contacted soldiers to the 1ST (this can be by e-mail) and PLT LDRs/Section OICs.

e. Thursday: PLT LDRs/Section OICs will attempt to contact remaining soldiers and e-mail CO and 1SG the list of soldiers they did not contact.

2. DO NOT forget the REP 63s!
