Annual Training 2001 Expert Field Medical Badge Course Camp Dodge, Iowa

We helped conduct the Expert Field Medical Badge Course for the 109th Medical Battalion, and guests from other units.

Congratulations to SGT Jeremy Snyder and SPC Bryan Goff of HSC for earning the EFMB Badge, and to all the candidates who completed this challenging course.

EFMB Materials

Day 1 - Fri, June 15. Convoy to Camp Dodge. Range fire, admin lanes, CTT.

Day 2 - Sat, June 16. Range fire, admin lanes, CTT. EFMB site set-up.

Day 3 - Sun, June 17. Admin lanes, Range fire, study for EFMB. EFMB lane dress rehearsals.

Day 4-7 - Mon-Thu, June 18-21. Train-up EFMB lanes and remedial training.

Day 8 - Fri, June 22. Candidates move to the field. Remedial training/study.

Day 9-12 - Sat-Tue, June 23-26. EFMB Lanes (Litter Obstacle, EMT, CPR, Land Nav, Survival, Evac).

Day 13 - Wed, June 27. Move in from field. Study hall. Written test.

Day 14 - Thu, June 28. 12-mile Road March and Badge Awards. Move out of field. Recovery operations.

Day 15 - Fri, June 29. Recovery operations. Convoy home.

Day 16 - Sat, June 30. Recovery operations. Commander's time/MWR.
